Alice Alvey
Senior Vice President
Alice was a co-founder of Mortgage U. Alice has created customized mortgage training programs, including automated compliance Health Checklists and procedure manuals. Alice is a Master Certified Mortgage Banker and serves on the state board of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association and the advisory board for Habitat for Humanity Michigan Fund. Previously she served on Fannie Mae’s Risk Management Advisory Counsel and in 2009 she received the James T. Barnes award for significant contributions to the mortgage banking industry
Rachael Harris
With 17 years of experience in the mortgage business, Rachael has supported various facets of the mortgage life cycle including processing, underwriting, and post closing operations. She previously oversaw underwriting operations for Indecomm’s mortgage division before moving to Indecomm’s SAAS Mortgage Technology division for product management of Indecomm’s Income Analyzer platform. Rachael has a BS/BA in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Tennessee
Denise Kowalski
For over 25 years, Denise has been dedicated to the interpretation of mortgage related agency and regulatory guidelines and state disclosure requirements. She has guided lenders across the country through the maze of regulations and created internal procedures covering everything from origination to servicing. She is a trusted advisor to many compliance officers and underwriting managers. At Indecomm, Denise’s responsibilities include coordinating corporate compliance policies, consultation support for various engagements and Health Check customers, and providing research and support for compliance related services provided by Indecomm. Denise is also responsible for regulatory and state disclosure compliance for the mortgage division. Denise is a member of the Risk and Compliance Committees for the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association and has been a longstanding member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Jeff Carlson
With over 25 years of experience in the title and real estate document recording industries, Jeff has been instrumental in launching recording technology platforms. Jeff is currently Chair of the Minnesota Electronic Real Estate Recording Commission. He also holds an advisory position on the Board of the Minnesota Land Title Association and is a member of the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA
Latha Parameswaran
With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Latha is a recognized expert in building cost-effective business delivery models and avidly supports the development of new technology. She is an active PRIA member, part of the eRecording eXcellence Work Group, and an eRecording mentor. Latha most recently served as Vice President, Operations with Indecomm’s Document Management Group and now supports Indecomm’s Channel Partners and Integrations for SAAS Mortgage Technology. Latha is a post graduate from Chennai University and also holds a diploma in Computer Applications.
